Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all sales of chemical, janitorial equipment, paper products, consumables, brushware (“Products”) by Bubbles4Africa (“Seller,” “we,” or “us”). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. No variation of these Terms will be accepted unless agreed in writing by an authorised representative of the Seller.

Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance by the Seller. Payment for the Products must be made in full at the time of placing the order.

No Returns Policy

Due to the nature of the Products, all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted. It is the buyer’s responsibility to carefully review the order before confirming the purchase.

While we make every effort to ensure that the information about the Products, including descriptions and prices, is accurate, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of this information. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions in product descriptions and pricing without notice.

Delivery

Delivery dates provided by the Seller are estimates and not guaranteed. The Seller will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.

No warranties

The Products are sold “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) the use or inability to use the Products; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the site and placing orders following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
